Yet the human body and digestive system was used (created) for an omnivorous diet, and it is suitable for such a system.

Therefore instead to exclude everything from food derived from animals, would be better for us, the adoption of a milk-egg-vegetarian diet for the protein that it provide. Excessive consumption of fiber from the plant can not be completely metabolized by the body disturbing the digestive system.

That consumption of fruits and vegetables in the body can make vitamin deficiencies such as B12, which is essential for normal functioning of the body. The vegetarian diet is recommended not to make excess flour and pastry products. Sweets can be successfully replaced natural honey.

A vegetarian diet that excludes all animal protein, the body needs but can not cover with vegetable proteins such as: chickpeas, peas, beans, green vegetables, vegetable oils, etc.. Therefore it is not to good for the proper functioning of the body. Because vitamins and iron deficiency, it can cause severe anemia. This diet is not recommended for children under any circumstances.

They utter many complaints against meat and any animal products that they bring nothing good for the body, on the contrary, it destroys it.

People who have these beliefs and were mainly due to their vegetarian lifestyle, I can not recommend to hold this diet for short periods. Do not say it is not healthy in many ways, mostly medical, but I do not agree with some fanaticism and their tendency to judge others who do not agree with them.

I personally do not think that if I have an omnivorous diet I causing bad things to the nature or that I eat more E-s than a vegetarian.
